Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared/shipped in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on your area (outside of Canada & USA take a while longer). Products are shipped mainly through Canada Post or whichever carrier can get the package to you the fastest & most affordable. If there are unexpected delays, like heavy snow, postal strikes, or other issues, we'll contact you.
